How fast will my order ship?
It depends on the item. Products marked with a Fast Shipping badge arrive in 3–5 business days (shipped from the US). All other items ship in 10–15 business days. Each product page shows which applies before you buy.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
If your order includes items with different shipping speeds, they ship separately from their own fulfillment locations so the faster items don't wait on the slower ones. You'll get a tracking email for each package.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — shipping is included in the price you see at checkout, with no extra fees added at the end.
