Shipping policy
Free shipping on every order. Shipping is already included in the price you see — no surprises at checkout.
Delivery time varies by product
We work with both US-based and international fulfillment partners, so delivery time depends on where each specific item ships from:
- Fast Shipping items (marked on the product page): 3–5 business days
- Standard Shipping items: 10–15 business days
Each product page shows which shipping speed applies before you buy.
Ordering multiple items together
If your order includes items with different shipping speeds, they will arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers, on different schedules. This is normal — each item ships directly from its own fulfillment location to get to you as quickly as possible.
Order tracking
Once each package ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with its tracking number. Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking information to update.
Delays
Occasionally, delivery may take longer due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or high-demand periods. We appreciate your patience.
